I bought amazing massager 6 months ago. I can tell about my emotions. I's perfect solution. 1) This is an effective struggle with stress and fatigue. 2) Getting positive emotions 3) Several types of massage My wife always shoes her heels. So every evening she has to use foot massager cause it's good for health. You can look foot massager for sale if you want to relax every day! Also I use neck massager every evening. I work at office. When I sit all day I have pain in my neck and shoulders. So for relaxing I like to use my neck massager. You also can read neck massager reviews if you want to know more. |

Meditation.
Mindfulness. Laughter. Sleep. Exercise. Voluntary work. Mantras e.g. fuck it. Self-care and having boundaries with one self e.g. cutting out a lover who treats you like a toy and picks you up or puts you down when they feel like it. Self-respect. Being assertive with others and saying no if you have too much on. God / prayer. Random acts of kindness. Pet. Having a cat or dog etc. Nature. Spending time with nature e.g. reading a book by a secluded picturesque lake. Talking to the stress and telling yourself it is nothing. Swearing at the stress and telling it to F off. In a nutshell stress is when demands outweigh coping resources. So either decrease demand and increase resources or increase both to match. Increasing both means you could be on a knife edge and if something else happens it could tip the balance. |

I believe the best solution to stress and most immediate is sex. Then of course you need to find out why you're stressed, and deal with hit.
The start of my life has been a struggle filled with stress from external sources so I pretty well live with PTSD. I find the best way to deal with it is to deal with everything that comes your way immediately such that nothing is left lingering in the back of my mind. That and hammer it out with the lady as often as she can take it. The fact is, stress isn't something that comes and goes, like anxiety, it builds up and eventually breaks you, and it's not fun to feel broken as it's even harder to come back after you've broke. The body doesn't forget and you can relapse far easier and quicker than the initial break happens. For me what that looks like is a just pass out for no reason. anyways, gonna stop typing about as it's stressing me out. lol Oh, and change your surroundings to follow that Japanese girl organization teaching on netflix. Basically, pick up everything you own, if it brings you immediate joy, keep it, if it doesn't, throw it out. |

I hear you brother. Stress can be a bitch.....I won't comment on the PTSD except to say you need to deal with that shit because it can eat you up. Cheers. I think I'll go give my bride a slap in the ass now. |

I have been taking the equivalent of 2000mg of concentrated dry garlic/day. Recently I bought minced garlic in water (wet). A teaspoon/day costs about 5 cents per day. It also lowers blood pressure. It lowered mine by 10mm (both systolic and diastolic. That is actual fact as I take bp 3 times/week.
I haven't been on it long enough nor will I be able to tell jiof it lower cholesterol..I am already on a statin and my cholesterol is ridiculously low now. My mood has improved for sure. |

WTF??????
This is a BMW forum, no? Not one mention of taking a drive in yer B? Top down cruising in my E93 with the premium stereo works quite well. And I have "needs", so I speak from experience! Sheeesh, maybe spending too much time pampering and modding and not enough time driving? I think I'll go for a ride now... |

When I feel stressed, I try changing up my environment. If there is a possibility, I go somewhere (it is better to go abroad in order to be far from problems). In case I can't go anywhere, I sleep enough, spend time on fresh air, meet with my friends or just stay at home with my family and have a good day. Frankly speaking, I haven't used any medication to combat stress, but I recommend to be very careful with it. Ideally, it is better to ask your doctor, but you can at least read the description of pills you are going to take. Personally I use canadian pharmacy for this purpose as it provides visitors with the detailed information about meds that are sold there.

Currently I’m getting 3 - 4 hours sleep! Doesn’t help that I’m checking the production status of my M340 24/7!!!
So far I’ve tried (not consistently): -magnesium -ashwaganda -l theanine -melatonin -medical cannabis (worked great first year now nothing!!) I don’t have trouble going to sleep, just staying asleep. I know I need to get back to working out, been trying to clean up my diet too. I don’t want to get on the Ambien train!! Ugh!
