Wow, that's an unfortunate way to see a legit company with great background go down...i hope someone else salvages their work, hate to see all that R&D go to waste.

What'd they do that made them infamous?

Story sucks and seeing people say "oh 200k isn't a lot" is a little shocking to me. That's a ton... that's like adding an X5 M and an M5 to you/your family's fleet! They probably closed up shop once they lost because of stacking legal bills that weren't going to get paid off with their bottom line. Purely speculation, however. The threads are tl;dr status

^200k may not be a lot relative to their revenue, but it would account for a major chunk of profits for sure....it's amazing that they didn't catch on earlier though. As an owner you should be looking at your finances on weekly or at least monthly basis.

Sad day for sure. Their stage 2 and 3 E46 M3s were the cat's meow to any BMW lover. They still blow past ESS E92s on high speed runs how many years later. There is always a worm or two lurking around to selfishly ruin a good thing

Every time you wake up in the morning you really can't even begin to guess what kind of crap has happened already in the world...BMW lost a good parts supplier

Hopefully Chris will gather the rest of the team up and start new or something down the road...

Seems their website is officially gone too
