AE LED Markers

What are some of the cheaper options for LED AEs?

I've tried the RDash markers and they have constantly been stuffing up and was wondering what other viable options there were with a limited budget or say $200.

Thanks!

P.S Sorry for the repeated post!!!

LUXs are $200 arent they? They are one of the best. Also on par is MTEC V2? I think is what they are called, little bit cheaper.

I read that the LUX's had a problem and needed some of it's products recalled lol.
and the MTEX v2 seems a bit too blue but I'm still looking for a set that has a similar output as the RDashs (ie. 8000k)

^ actually I found most vendors on the board is selling HID kits a little too expensive. I've found HID kits with full 1 year manufacture warranty for only $120ish and no, its not from ebay.

and lux would be a good choice too, the recall was already long fixed and it really only happened to two cars out of the thousands before they fixed it. I think its pretty safe to use now.

I checked out the Alpine HID kit but it looks a little tiresome compared to the usual 'plug&play' kits lol =\

Also the LUX ones don't seem as bright during the day (not necessarily a bright sunny day too) as they're also white-ish in their output.

The LUX kit is as bright as you are going to get without going HID.

IMO HIDs are overkill for the angel eyes, they tend to flood the entire ring and over power the headlights. If you are looking for a well priced solution, then check out WeissLicht.

MTEC V2's are pure white only, no blue

The Weissleict's seem slightly dull in daylight as i've seen from various pictures and the mtec v2 seems very blue lol.

ahh sweet. Thanks!

Also, I've been searching forums for comparisons with the Lux H8's and AiB's and concluded that the Luxs' give off a slighty stronger output both at night and during the day? can anyone clarify this? Additionally, how do the Weisslicht LEDs compare to the Lux H8 and AiBs?
