I did the big one and my SO did the other 2 tonight. The middle one is supposed to be Hello Kitty. Post pics of yours whenever you get them lit!

Here's the 'before' picture. Carving is done the weekend before Holloween. I use a drywall saw and this wicked serrated carving scooper.

Nope, it was a good year for pumpkins. This one is 169 pounds.
