(E92 / E93) Official Monaco Blue E92/E93 Thread
Pics from BMW online visualizer. Please note that in real life under natural lighting monaco blue isn't usually as light as this (at least in my experience).

That's too bad because the pics look sweet. But the ones of Monaco E90s just look WAY too dark. What's the point of getting a "blue" color that looks black except in bright light?

Updated first post above with pics from a German press event (confirmed that the color is indeed Monaco Blue - the shot of the front of the car just looks lighter than usual because of the spotlight lighting on it).

Those pics from the show are dead on for monaco. In sunlight, it is a noticeable blue. It doesnt take much light to see that it is blue. In lesser lighting situations, it does appear to be more black.

None at all... I was dead set on mystic until I saw it on an E60. It looked too bright IMO. My dream blue would be the lemans blue. I will say that I was a fan of the Orient Blue offered on the E46. I saw the Monaco on a car inside and outside the dealership. It really is much more dynamic than most pictures show. Overall, I am very pleased, and wouldnt change the colors for any other US spec E90... |

I agree that Interlagos blue would be awesome. So would Alpina blue. I have Mystic blue now and love it and have gotten many compliments on it as a nice shade of blue. It seems darker than Monaco blue, but on a nice sunny day looks great and the metallic effect is pretty cool. I think I'd even get it again on an E92.
