Alpine Upgrade + E92/E93 Tweeter Housing + Logic7 Subs

Hi,

I'll be uninstalling my alpine upgrade next, so it's up for grabs.

It is the Pre Lci version. It fits all E9x & E8x models

I purchased new & it's been in my car for about 6 months.

Included:
> full alpine kit (front mids, amp & wiring harness
> E92/E93 corner tweeter grills
> Logic 7 subs (these have some cosmetic damage but in full working order)

Price: £415

How much nicer do you want?

> £370 for the alpine kit
> £50 for the grills & foam
> £175 l7 subs

So pretty good saving already?

The wiring harness is slightly different - I believe it's just the connectors for the subs are different! So you could use either but a slight change will be needed.

Lci is PNP

Whereas pre-LCI need cutting the wires.

I purchased this kit but found that I did not need the upgrade as I have a Hi fi enabled CIC. Sadly (for me) I did not find this out until I had installed the speakers. I’m not going to strip the doors/ subs out, but will sell what I took out of my car, which had the BMW Advanced Loudspeaker system option installed.

• Alpine amp
• E92/E93 corner tweeter grills (BMW Advanced Loudspeaker system)
• Front mids (BMW Advanced Loudspeaker system)
• Tweeters/ corner grills (BMW Advanced Loudspeaker system)
• Subs (BMW Advanced Loudspeaker system)

The wiring harness does not included the wiring for the midrange speakers as I don’t want to take the door cards off again.

£100 pickup or £150 posted.

These are bmw hi-fi sound system.
BMW Alpine kit is designed to bring your car to give you hi-fi equivalent sound system except rears are not amped on alpine kit

Technically hi-fi kit sound system is better than alpine kit as rears are amped as well.

This kit is bargain, as those two subs alone are £100!
Amp another £100.
And you have not considered the price for mids and wiring.

Sam I would need the sub harness, can that be bought separate and would this need coding?

If you are selling the alpine amp harness, then buyer does not need anything else, as with alpine kit, you use wires for the mids which is already in the car.

I think Ao1 is not sure about the harness.

If he is selling
Alpine AMP
Alpine harness
Hi-fi mids
Hi-fi tweeters
Hi-fi underseats

Then that is what you need. You simple follow alpine kit installation.

You do not need any additional sub harness. And coding does help if your car is pre-LCI and you listen to your music on high volumes.
