Auto Lease Trackers Joshua Burns

Joshua Burns,

Found me online trying to get someone to take over my payments on my Mercedes Benz. He explained his program that he would guarantee my payments and find my car a safe home till the end of the lease he said he had over a 150 cars in the program and from his office seemed like business was booming. So I turned my car over to him. 6 months later I see that mercedes benz finanical says I am 3 months later in my payments. I tried to reach Josh and the voice mail was full numerous times. At this time i have no idea who has my car is or where it is. Seems impossible to file a stolen car report when you tell the police you handed them the keys. I have now hired a PI to recover my car. please email me if you are also a victim of Joshes you can reach me at sude321@aol.com we must all stick together to find our cars. And to Josh if your reading this shame on you for betraying our trust. you know where our cars are please tell all the victims. Were looking at hundereds of victims so far on high end cars.

Sara

be a little sensitive, will ya? I don't think she's spamming, just trying to get her words out about the scam artist she encountered

Does the car have BMW Assist?? You can contact them and ask them to track the car down and see if that will work.

This sounds like it's going to be a messy situation.

Ah sorry. I scanned her post in the other thread and thought it was a BMW.

Hmmm...is it possible to call MB FS and tell them the story? Usually if you dont make payments on the car they will send someone to repo it. So I think if you called them and tell them that they might be able to do the same thing. Just a thought.

BMW and Mercedes Benz won't turn on the low jacks unless we get a stolen car reports! can you believe that. And the police won't take the reports because they say it's a civil matter. And why would someone say I was spamming? I am just trying to get the word out thats all. The victims are everywhere all over the country. SO finding places to post like here BBB etc, anyone have any other ideas for getting the word out? let me know.

This is taking it to a whole other level but maybe the FBI can help? I mean if this guy is scamming people from different states, that would make it a federal crime no? After all fraud and scams are illegal in and of themselves.

We got Vegas Feds PA Feds CA Feds ........ Auto task forces, DMV involved etc! There just watching him etc. We found a disk with a bunch of name of owners of cars and other info but some wannabee PI off duty cops stole it and are charging the new owners almost 2 grand to recover the cars. So money before justice etc.

Seriously you get no sympathy.

You were a sucker and now you pretty much continue to be one. Hiring a PI? what is he going to do? nothing you or your father cant do. Stop wasting money.

Get some common sense before you start doing deals like this especially with expensive cars.

Some of you guys must have low self esteem. I am not looking for Sympathy lol ... get a grip just looking for other victims and just from this thread and found another one. So your putdowns are pretty useless. Don't bother me at all. It you just feeling down about yourself and thsts ok. Just feel better soon. Others email if you are a bmw or benz owner and a victim of Auto lease trackers.

haha, I must agree he can be crude at times. But attacking his country? Considering he owns a new BMW how the fuck is his country that bad? That would make you look really bad considering your in a great country and yet you own the same car as him.

You just proved yourself to be no better.

There were some serious loopholes in the trade-in/payoff scams several dealers of lots of cars pulled here in CA over the past years.

Went with my sister-in-law to buy a new car at a dealer. Traded in her Explorer that she still owed some money on, rolled it into the new payments. Even with a signed contract that stated the dealer would buy the Explorer, pay off the amount (listed on the contract) and roll into the new loan, she was getting late notices and had to be part of 100+ similar people when the DA went after the company. The dealership was sold mid-stream and she had a hell of a time getting her credit straightened out.

So it's not so mucha gullable situation like e-mail spam . . .

In that case, sure I can see it. Was it a used dealership though not one like BMW, Ford etc.? If so then it gets weird aswell for me. I just wouldnt want to fuck up my credit.

In this case it seems like she was just dumb and didnt check shit out. She has the knowledge to start a blog yet cant use the dang internet to read up on shit like this.
