E90 transmission fault - Communication stops

I’m getting transmission fault in my e90 320i (2005). When I keep the engine running in P, the car is fine. When I’m driving or running the engine (with brake) in D/R for about five minutes, the car gets jerky and random shifts come to limp mode. I checked the error codes in both conditions, and if I don’t change to P, there is no error msg. If I drive, I have errors related to the transmission.

Errors are

S 0364: No communication possible with: Transmission control unit

0x00D3 No message (transmission, 0x 186), receiver DSC, transmitter EGS/SMG/DKG
0x00C9 No message from EGS, receiver JBE, transmitter EGS/SMG/DKG
0x002D No message from EGS, receiver DME, transmitter EGS/SMG/DKG

Although I restart the car TCM won’t communicate unless I disconnect the battery.

I changed the transmission fluid, filters, and fluids.

I appreciate your help.
