Different DP Fix Question

I have had catless dp's on my car for quite a while, along with the dp fix. The dp fix took care of the CEL's ever since I purchased and uninstalled it. Well I just had my engine replaced. When my mechanic replaced the engine, due to some other errors he had to update the DME software. Well now the dp fix isn't working and we couldn't figure out why. Basically the dp fix was no longer tricking the DME. Would uninstalling and reinstalling the dp fix correct the malfunction or do I need a new one?

Any help would be appreciated.

1. You are not supposed to leave the DP fix in to get rid of CEL just for inspection. It negatively affects performance as it fucks with AFR.
2. You prob just need to do a drive cycle

+1
i had to do the drive cycle couple times before it worked out.
I do have and OBD readiness reader so i knew when the car was ready.

Turn the car on in the morning (COLD START) and leave it on idel for 6 minutes.
Drive 20-30 mph for 4 minutes
Drive 40-60 mph for 20 minutes
Take you foot off the gas pedal (no Brakes) until the car reaches 5-6 mph
Then leave it on idle for 5-6 minutes.

if you go over 60 mph you have to redo the whole drive cycle.

Ok thanks guys. I'll let everything cycle through and hopefully it will resolve on it's own. I have to get my emissions done within the next 2 months so I have do have some time.
