Nice Faro, I am quite familiar with their other tool, Faro Focus 3D scanner. Great products.

It's available now! The baffle is listed as $199, ordered one and will have it installed hopefully by Monday along with the HPFP upgrade from Vargas.

Will post some pics once it's done.

I'm about to order one.
While I trust VAC with their products, how could this review be accurate?

Probably website goof with the product id's or something.

VAC are good people, I'd feel good trusting them.

Yeah, looks like a goof on the website OR they combine the reviews for similar products - they make many different oil pan baffles.

No worries about their oil pan baffles - which is why I sent the mockup for them to have mass produced. We have DOZENS of them running around various E36 racecars for years now. I just got done doing one in an E36 M3 yesterday. We have to keep them on the shelf at all times during race season due to their popularity but most importantly effectiveness. No oil pressure drops seen when running them in even the fastest E36 I-Prepared and GTS-2 and GTS-3 cars on sticky Hoosiers.

Hey guys, it is a goof - we used an old product ID to get it up quick for purchase. I just removed the review.

It gives you eleventy billion torques!

jk. It's to prevent oil starvation under high lateral g loads on the track. You don't need it on a street car.

As far as install goes, it seems straight forward, but messy....correct? Just remove the old, install the baffle, zip it back up, and fill her back up?

It has to be welded in, but that's the process pretty much.
