Hard to answer with the information provided.

30mm is considerably wider, but I found it perfect on a crop for creamy bokeh and thin DoF, this was with Sigma 30 f/1.4 EX DC which is a crop-only lens. Is that the one you're asking about?

On FF, 50mm would be similar to 30mm on the crop, so I'd go for that for a similar field of view. Although the new Sigma 35 f/1.4 looks really tempting from all the images I've seen!

Sounds like the Google translators may have been drinking again... I hate it when that happens.

You’ve got to be kidding me. I’ve been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half as much to use go wish for that? My guess is that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like. It’s just common sense.

as for OP, it depends on what you want in your photos + what camera you have (FF vs. cropped).

The 30mm is a great lens but if you ever decide to go to full frame I would pick the 50mm since its not just for crop sensors. Unless you look at the new Sigma 35mm which is I believe $899 and getting amazing reviews.

Depends on what you shoot, but a 50mm prime is always a good lens to have in the bag.

For a crop body, the 30mm is more usefull I think.

i simply do not see the point of getting the sigma 30mm at all. there are other lenses that are comparative or better at the price range. Also, the sigma is not compatible to a full frame, so when you upgrade or decide to get a second body, this lens won't be quite useful.

I'd get either the canon 28mm f/1.8 or nikon 35mm f/1.8. both offer great image quality and are both compatible with full frames. the 35mm focal length (or approximate) is very versatile as it is a wide standard; great for street photography while putting your subject into context. Also, the 35mm can also be a 50(ish)mm on a crop sensor. the 50mm on a crop sensor will be too much of a telephoto, which won't be useful in most scenarios. the 50mm on a full frame, however, is pretty much regarded as the "standard" lens.

overall, as i had mentioned earlier, it depends on what camera you have, what you are shooting, and what you will be planning on purchasing later on.
