I live in Seattle.
Wet road condition 70% of the year.
Below 38F is around 50 days in a year.

I would go with PSAS4.

I run PAS4 year round in Seattle - perfect daily tire. So does MemeLordCS

Just put my PSAS4's back on for the winter... have been running them for years... that's my vote !

Any Input on PSAS4s rubbing with has kit or slight drop?

I’d definitely go with the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 over any other UHP all season tire. Just had a set put on my mother’s Subaru BRZ 215/45-17s and they’re far superior to the stock Michelin Primacy AS tires that came on the car.
