Took a lock to 70 and full tier 5. Then the expansion came out and I'm too lazy to level again. Such a PITA.

I kill at the new instances though. 1300+ bonus shadow dmg. But I quit the game because I'm just done with it. Didn't even get halfway to 71 (2x XP too) before I said fuck it.

Good luck selling your toons. It's funny, but people will actually pay to not have to level a char. I know I wouldn't mind not having to go through the pain again.

I wish they'd just come out with a new game on a clean slate. They should be about done milking that old ass engine. I was kinda hoping Conan would be alright, but it sucks.

With refer-a-friend and the account bound leveling pieces, it doesn't take nearly as long to max out a character's level. With the emblem changes and the new instances added to 3.2, gearing up that new 80 won't take nearly as long as it used to.

Level 80 wasn't available when the game first came out. I'm sure well-geared 60s were selling high back in the vanilla days, though.

Newsflash: Blizzard makes money off your time. They are always finding ways to make you spend ridiculous amounts of hours level, gearing, or what have you.

If you had any life at all, getting a character from level 1 to level 80 is still a very, very long time. That's not even taking into account the gearing the character. Playing casually, probably several months

1-60 can literally be done in days, if you RAF. A few more weeks, and you're 80.

Unless you have world/realm firsts, every achievement title and raid boss cleared, and best-in-slot everything, a level-capped character isn't worth what it used to be.

Yeah, no kidding. That's why it's much smarter to buy than to level and gear yourself.

Anyway, anyone want to buy these characters?

I played WoW for a few months. I still dont understand why people would buy characters... I mean the point of the game is to level your character...

But regardless, bump!

I got my fulled geared druid with Immortal title, black drake, amazing PvE gear, epic flyer, all of the good stuff, for 200. Not to mention that was a little pricey.

I don't suggest going to markeedragon to sell your account as you will most likely be scammed since you've never dealt with people on that forum before, and 75% of them are scammers.

Go check prices in the Buying/Selling section of markee for an idea of what your account is worth. Not to mention, most of the gear they have is really bad now. Hateful can't even be bought next week because it is so outdated.

Leveling the character is completely different that participating in the end game shit. Leveling, you can sit down for 45 mins here, 2 hours there, play when you feel like it, do something else when you don't feel like WoW....

End game is the serious shit where you have whole nights set aside on your Guild calendar, you have repercussions for not showing up or not being "on your game".... But you get cool drops, some cool-looking gear, and I'll be honest, end game boss fights can be extremely intense and entertaining.... Until you realize you have no life.

Anyway, for someone who has rolled and leveled a lock (for example) and a warrior, and has been in the end game scene for a while, you're not necessarily going to want to spend literally weeks of your life just getting another toon to that point as well. That is the main reason why people are successful at selling characters. That, and some people just getting into the game want to do all the cool end game shit right off the bat.... Such a horrible idea....

You're trying to sell them because you don't want to re-level/re-gear when CATA comes out!

Still not sold? Good luck with your sale! My lvl 80 Paladin just got hacked real bad and I just quit the game 3 months ago.. Now I'm back levelling casually a hunter, must say it's really relaxing to do it!

Whilst I think of what mods to get for my ride :P

Cheers!
