Hey, my dealer in PA is still worth getting my money. They work real hard at it. Who cares about this Best US Dealership Awards stuff?

Kuni BMW

My dealership has been on the list many times, but not this year. They're amazing and have earned my loyalty as a client

Yep. Especially the dealers in south Florida are just terrible. Vista takes the prize for worst of the worst.

My parents have purchased numerous cars from New Country BMW over the past few years. When i went trying to purchase my 135is it seemed as though they didn't even want to sell me a car. I called BMW of Ridgefield then next day and over the phone offered to see me the car at over $2k less than the best offer i had previously received (from over 7 delaerships across CT, RI, MA & NY). I went back to New Country the next day offering them another chance to sell me a vehicle and the price they gave me was MORE than their previous quote. I called up the salesman at Ridgefield the next day and went that Saturday to sign the papers. The two dealerships seem as if they are from two different planets. Ridgefield is a very new dealership with great inventory, while New Country has been in the same ratty, dirty building for as long as I can remeber. Most times when you go to look at their inventory or walk through the showroom you would be lucky if a salesperson even looked in your direction to see if you needed assistance. When i went to go pick up my car from Ridgefield they even gave me a "swag bag," with a tote, keychains, hat, coffee mug and umbrella. My mother was shocked as she had never even received a keychain from New Country. I now recommend everyone i know who is looking for a car to go to Ridgefield.

Thank you! We have actually won it 9 times in the past. However there is a lot more that comes in to play to win this award now other then service. We just don't sell enough cars, parts, and service to compete with the bigger demographic dealers. Thats ok though! we like being small and also privately owned. We will always continue to give the best service we can and always discount everything as much as we can

ca is huge. there's a ton of dealers here.

Not surprised they charge considering its a starbucks that has the coffee within the dealership... Do other dealerships have Starbucks in them and give free coffee and snacks? I need to check those out!

maybe i'm spoiled. haha

the attached pic is fields bmw from google maps so it's hard to show but they have what i think is better than starbucks. they will cook you eggs for breakfast, there's free bottled drinks, and other snacks. there's a ton of different coffee to choose from too.

all dealerships can learn from them.

So these dealers won't rip you off or mess up your car when you take it in for service? They should make a bottom of the tank list to put more pressure on some dealers that provide shitty customer service (I have a few in mind)

Tell me about it :/... I'm in Miami
Miami has the worst BMW dealers of anywhere I've ever been. I still buy my cars from Performance in Chapel Hill.

Park Ave BMW is one of the worst dealers from my local dealers list.
I went there for an E92 335i and an E92 M3 to purchase, walked right out after what I experienced. For service, went there once and wasn't satisfied when they tried to charge me for refilling washer fluid

Actually, Tenafly BMW is the worst dealer I've been to.
All of my local dealers aren't on the list (despite of their huge showrooms), not surprised at all.

No South Motors in Miami are the worst. I will be driving my new f80 to West Palm to get it serviced at Braman all the way from South Miami. Braman in Miami sucks too.

In my opinion, it was a very low jump, made by a very, very short jumper... Kind of like Dumb and Dumber...

Not sure what this means not what metrics they use. The worst dealer experience I've ever had is on that list......(repeated bad experiences, but no more)

BMW may have their own criteria, but all of us have our own as well, and ultimately vote with our wallets. In that respect, as long as the guys at Steve Thomas BMW are around, I'll be doing my BMW shopping with them. Sales, parts and service from them has been top notch.
