Post a photo of your "digital darkroom"
Lets see where everyone does their post work and what they use.
 I'm in the middle of a move so a lot of my other gear is packed, but this is my main setup. Not shown is a Drobo (for archiving older photo sets) and a Canon Pixma Pro 9000 printer. As far as software goes, I use Aperture to manage my library and do 90% of my post. Round trip to Photoshop if I need to work on parts of an image.

BTW, I should probably mention that I'm not a photographer by trade. I'm a designer and that's what pays for my equipment. It just happens that photography and design work share the same equipment.
