That was out of her control, hence very very sad and unfortunate.

He wanted to grab at peoples feet!?!?!? WTF was going to come out of that idea except someone or multiple people seriously injured or killed.

Think what could have happened if he would have grabbed, or tried to grab, someone's foot while they were going 50-80 mph. The person on the ride would have likely lost their foot, if not immediately then later due to trauma.

At least the dumbass didn't kill or injure anyone else in the process.
