Lambo Museum

Here's some pics from my trip to the Lambo Museum in Bologna. Funnily enough, a supercar rally was meeting there, and beforehand there was a group of Harley riders. In case you're also wondering, almost all the employees (at least in the front of the building) drive Audis.

Our tour guide was mentioning the scissor doors Lambo is famous for; her words were along the lines of, "I believe you call these 'Lambo Doors' in the US.'" I told her my coworker did it to his Chevy Cobalt and she just rolled her eyes.

Some notable cars were the Roadster concept and the Murcielago R-GT. The police car was supposed to be there but they had an accident a few weeks beforehand. So it's in the shop. The tour guide said that when it came back to the factory, it was supposedly unrepairable. The chief mechanic, we were told, treats all of his Lambos like children, so he said "eff that" and went to work on it.

There was also supposed to be a Reventon on display but a composites company is using it as its calling card at conventions, or something like that.

The whole day was spent touring the museums; well worth it if you ever go to Italy and like cars.

Edit: just noticed some of the pics are out of focus... need more training...
