Do you have six pack abs?

I'll have to admit that I achieved six pack abs but it took more than just exercising. It took a change in diet. I used to eat a lot, big meals, now I cut down on the portions, go to the gym more often and just watch what I eat. No more donuts, cakes, and much less chocolates, just smaller portions. I recommend six pack abs because it eliminates a lot of lower back pain, makes you stand up straighter, less prone in lower back injuries and the woman, heck, they love men with six pack abs.

Diet is by far the biggest part in getting a 6 pack. You can work out all day but if you don't eat right (and at the right times) you aren't going to get that perfect stomach.

I have decent abbs, the girls like it. Diet is definately most of it, along with working out and proper sleep.

very true.

it's more than just doing sit up's, crunches and other ab exercises. it's definitely not an overnight process.

I would recommend them because they can help you get a CUTE girl... but then again there is a lot more to get than just abs.

Although I am still trying to figure out how abs alone can make you less prone to back injuries and stand up straighter. I think you are confusiong abs with those muscles you have at the base of your back

i can already see how that conversation would go: "hey baby, you're cute, check out my abs!"

or you could be smooth like: "i strongly disagree with president's decision to go to war. i wish for world piece and welfare for everyone. now, check out my abs."
