That's nutz 1.5 hrs 6 day's a week. That is some dedication. I go to the gym 30 minutes 3-5 days on a good week. The gym does get boring though. |

Sounds like you are not familiar with bit torrent. First, you need a torrent client installed on your computer. I use Bitcomet, but others here might recommend you some other client. Then, search "P90X torrent" on google which should bring you to some torrent sites. I usually go directly to extratorrent.com or demonoid.com to search for torrent files.

Crossfit FTW!!! Fran 4:30 (PR). P90X is a pretty solid mix though...

I'm gonna do this. I have all the equipment already but missing the dumbells. I'm planning to get some adjustable dumbells. Any recommendations? I'm leaning towards the Bow Flex Selectechs.

I started today! Day 1 is Chest and Back + Abs. I didn't do abs because I ran out of time.
It was a pretty intense workout; I used the bands instead of the pull-up bar because the small gym in my building doesn't have a place to hang the bar. I suspect the exercise routine would of been more intense if I would of used the pull-up bar; either way, it kicked my ass. I'm definitely going to get the push-up bars; they sell them at TJMax for like $10. Had the mushroom omelet for B-fast and just had the recovery shake. However, because of being short on time, I decided to substitute lunch and dinner with Lean Cuisines (4 for $10 at Giant). I've been eating Lean Cuisines for a while and that is how I lost my initial 20 pounds. -SZ |

Ok I'm downloading the P90X workouts separately as the whole workout is too big to download at once. I've got the Abs workout which I plan to start now... I just watched it and it goes for 16 minutes but I have a feeling it will take me around 30 minutes... these guys have no breaks!!

Don't forget the workout sheets as well with the calendar I posted above (#77)
http://teambeachbody.com/get-fit/fit...workout-sheets The excel one is pretty bomb. Does some cool tracking and calcs for you. Printed .pdf version works just as well if you aren't by a computer. |
