I believe you have to have a minimum of one liter of fuel at anytime during the race. For those who advanced to Q2 and Q3. Normally The stewards would not have time to scrutinize the car between sessions, unless you got knockout in the session. And after Q3, all cars must return to parc ferme in their own power (implemented after Lewis hamilton's pole in Canada 2010 qualifying) and provide a minimum of one liter of fuel sample.

Seriously wtf mclaren shot themselves in the foot again???!!!

Also I wonder if they'll let Narain race since he didn't meet 107%. On a shorter track like this I think his slowness would make a bigger impact.

I'd guess because the track is still wide enough for slower teams to jump to the side, and HRT did participate in all practice sessions and De La Rosa did post a quicker time to prove the car is capable to reach within 107%.

However since 107% rule reintroduced last season, we normally see it being enforced in street circuits like Albert Park and Monaco. But more relaxed in other tracks and even in Singapore. Given the width of the track should be able to cause "minimum" impact to faster cars.

I LOL'ed at this!!!

Seriously, if McLaren doesn't win a championship this season. They only got themselves to blame for. THey got a championship winning car. And then many silly amatuar mistakes cost them almost every race this season!!!

In regards to qualifying, I believe the 1L is taken once the cars enter parc ferme. So whenever you get knocked out, you give it after.

Wow. I cant believe a Williams is on Pole again!

Lets see if they can keep it. And whats with the split on all of the teams almost. One car in Q1 and one in Q2.

And lol at Massa in 17th, when are they going to let that guy go?

Good to see a team like Williams get the win, great race by Pastor and good strategy by the team

And not a bad job by LH coming all the way from the back of the pack

Great race, on the basis the recent Ferrari rear end enhancements have assisted Alonso in getting the car more competitive, what the hell is going on with Massa.

These pit crews need to get their acts together. Too many avoidable mistakes.

And I'm happy to see someone other than Vettel winning. I just wish it was McLaren more often, lol.
