Do you do any vector work at all? I have been doing designing for awhile off an on. But recently had a class and we had to do vectoring. It really got me into it. I love the look vectors give. But danm they take long even if you dont do it fully on your own.

I do vector work every so often, mostly when dealing with print items such as logos or business cards. I grew up working in Photoshop so I have a hard time falling in love with Illustrator doing vectors, but there is a certain satisfaction to designing a fully vector piece - it feels so... precise.

So? That is like saying "Anyone knows how to use a paintbrush" implying that
anyone can make a fine piece of art, or "Anyone knows how to use a hammer" implying anyone can make a house. Don't belittle the work these guys do. Serious graphic design is hard work. I do my best work in writing code, but can do decent work with graphics. Their level of work in graphics is much higher than my own.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone! lol - the paint splat logo for the photographer is no doubt blatant contradiction, but the poor guy was really into it so he got what he wanted. Next time I'll call him an 'Artist' haha.

John Appleseed was put on waivers by Apple last week and JLeviSW snatched him right up - a solid call if you ask me.

Hit me up if any of you guys need anything *cough* M3This.
