Purchasing the Last Cadillac XLR-V

I have the opportunity to purchase the last Cadillac XLR-V that ever roll off the GM line. I can buy it MSRP.

Do you think this could be worth it? Is it a good opportunity?

It might retain a little more value than it brethren in the years to come, but I don't think the XLR will ever be considered a classic. If you like the XLR-V, go for it. If you're buying for investement potential, I'd look elsewhere, even at MSRP.

Go look at what 05 XLRs are going for. That's what that car's future will be. It's not like the XLR is a limited edition car.

The xlr-v is a 100k car, most were around $105,000.

As others have said, dont buy it.
Buy a ZR1 with that kind of money.

I think it would gain value. I mean its the LAST XLR-V off the line. I mean come on. Cadillac killed the XLR. Who knows if they will venture into the two door/two seater rebadged Vette arena again.

It's my father who's got the right to buy it, not me. He's already got a ZR1.

If you already have a ZR-1, please pass on the XLR.

You just got that 1337 X5, right?...I don't think you need anymore cars.

Plus, I find the XLR-V to be outdated now...I'd rather get a C6...

stick to a ZR1 or even a Z06 for the money.... i dont think the XLR-V would become a classic or retain a good amt of its value... youre better off with the corvettes.
