I would think that if you're a "sovereign" independent of the laws of the US or any State, then the US (or any State for that matter) is not legally obligated to recognize your legal existence; hence, it seems to me that, unless you have the appropriate immigration documents, you should be deported. And unless some other country will recognize your sovereignty (doubtful), I suppose you'd be deported to the nearest non-annexed land mass somewhere in the ocean.
