yeah a tool, i think he is saying he chipped the car, and some new NOX system.

The interesting part is the 16k miles on it and he still has the dealer paper mats on the floor so he must have just bought the car this way.

The other funny part is he blurred out the license on his website but showed it in clear view in the video.

Why would a Lawyer put a picture of his car on his business website...
