I'm sure some Corvette fan will soon pipe in here any moment and say how easily and cheaply the Z06 can be modded to produce WAY more horsepower than the 911 TT...whereas gains in horsepower in the 911 will cost WAY more.

So let me pre-empt that by saying...I don't care. I'd still buy a 911 over Corvette.

well, what i know, is that the 996 has some kit which includes : chip, exhaust, headers, and few simple stuff...

donno about the Z06 though ...

and even if the Z06 is cheaper, the 996 is like 4 yrs older!

its a pity that this video doesnt include a mod list. What does a 996tt with those mods normally dyno?

im not sure, but i read somewhere in a forum he's a member in that with his kit puts about 550 hp... (his kit when he raced the 997tt)

im not sure if he installed other stuf...

Wow it's amazing how their cars look like they are standing still but they are actually going close to 300kph!
