I have full service and carfax records available for serious inquiries. I am the 3rd owner of the car. No accidents reported on Carfax, and I cannot see any history of it being in an accident or having any paint work. I purchased the car in September of 2012 with 24,000 miles from a private seller in Maryland after selling my E46 M3. This car has been nothing short of amazing, but it's time to purchase my first home and I need to free up some extra cash for the down payment.

It's fully up to date on all of it's maintenance. In the time I owned the car under warranty the dealership replaced the front brakes, performed oil change, spark plug change, diff fluid, new battery, and replaced the tail lights due to some malfunction. Since then I have performed one other oil change at about 38,000 miles and had an alignment performed at Northeast Motorsports. Fast forward to this year, oil change was just performed the other day, along with a set of new pre-cat o2 sensors due to a triggering SES light. The car was polished and fully opti-coated right before winter. Car does not require anything at this point, and I'm confident it will become a reliable car for years to come.

The car will come with the option of Winter or Summer wheels at the same price. Winter setup was purchased brand new, and features Apex EC-7 wheels with Michelin Aplin PA4 tires. Summer setup is Apex ARC-8 wheels with Michelin PSS tires. Both setups were purchased brand new last year, so each setup only has a few thousand miles of use on it. The additional set of wheels will be offered to the buyer at a discounted price during the time of sale.

I am extremely detailed oriented and know the car in and out. In the summer it was washed every weekend, and in the winter probably once a month. It's as close to perfect as a daily driver can be.

Exterior: On the rear left side of the bumper there are a few light scrapes. Not noticeable unless you are a few inches away kneeling down. On the hood there is one small ding, probably from a rock on the highway. Recently with all this snow and ice, something must of dug into the left side of the bumper on the bottom and caused a scrape in the clear bra. Under side of the side skirts has some rock chips, but I would consider that normal.

Interior: It's in amazing condition. Last summer I did the full leatherique process and I swear it could pass as new. I would recommend the new owner consider it this coming summer when its nice and hot out. The only real flaw is on the drivers side door panel, previous owner must of gouged it with a watch or something. The rear is almost pristine, and I consider the front having standard wear for a 5 year old car.

Overall I feel this car is a solid 9/10 in terms of condition and 10/10 mechanical. I would be happy to perform a FaceTime/skype car walk around for anyone looking top purchase out of state. I have sold a few cars privately and will ensure a smooth transaction.

I do not have the title in hand but would be willing to pay off the balance with my savings once I have a deposit in hand or you can deal directly with PenFed and have the title sent to you. **Right after I cleaned up the car this morning, I took it over to another lot for photos. On the way there, I drove through a few puddles which splashed up dirty water on the passenger side. Had no choice but to use an old rag to clean up the passenger side door and side skirt, but unfortunately still left a few dirty marks. Just want to note those are not issues with the paint! There was also some left over salt that must of spilled over the weather tech mats which needs to be cleaned out by the seat frames which I will take care of!
