Any one remember this commercial?

That was me at the age of seven, trying to motorboat Shakira.

I'm joking, but that's really me when I was seven. Just thought I'd share. Lol

This single commercial earned me 13k, I did 3 other ones that paid about half that each, total I earned 31 thousand for about 1 weeks actual labor.

Lol no, I get the impression that some of you guys think that I think I'm famous because I did a couple commercials, no ones ever recognized me from a 30 second commercial. Nor do I care to be recognized, I just wanted to see who's seen it.

By Brother in law had about a 5 second part in a McDonalds commercial back in the 90's. He said one word and smiled in it. It played a lot on TV and for a good year, checks would show up for him from a talent agency for lack of a better thing to call them. He never new how much he was going to see in the mail. It depended on how much the commercial was on TV. After a year he stopped getting checks. Then a couple years later checks started showing up again. They started playing the commercial in another country. The well did go dry though. At one point he sold the rights for a lump sum.
Not sure what he maid all together but I would say it was near 75K-100K for that one word.

Motorboating Shakira would have been better compensation.

Yep, sounds about right. Had an ex-gf on a really popular show as guest star for a season. She made about $25K an episode despite only having a line or two each episode.

Showbiz is where it's at!

Although Pepsi (or their marketing firm who they contracted with) makes fairly good tv ads, but I am not fan of Pepsi nor Pepsico.

*drinking diet Pepsi right now*
