Hi guys,

Just picked up some ST coils...

I was hoping to get some recommendations for a shop to do a coilover install in Charlotte (OR surrounding areas!) that wont break the bank and works with bimmers. One shop quoted me $775 and that is wayy over priced IMO.

Would also be interested in DIYing it with some knowledgeable help and a work space if anyone feels nice I would gladly compensate.

Have you tried eurowise in charlotte? Near tybola rd. I take my e90 there. I don't know any other shops that handle bmws around the area. GL. Any pictures of your car? I'm taking mine in for some fender work. Just got some wheels for an aggressive stance and I'm rubbing without any type of suspension upgrade.

I have never been, but have heard good stuff. I will reach out for a quote. The other ones i've heard good things about are Euro Envy, Dynamic Auto Tune and GMP performance.

What's your wheel/tire specs?

19×9.5 and 19x 10.5. 235/35 up front and 265/30 on rear

That's pretty aggressive for sure, you rubbing in the rear? or both?

Eurowise does good work. I think you will find Eurowise and GMP performance on the high end but they have the experience and demand. Euro Envy is newer and probably lower in price.
Euro Cars is another place that works on Bmw's located almost downtown on S Mint St.

Eurowise cannot do an alignment in house they send it out to a very reputable shop called SLK Automotive $120, GMP has the alignment machine onsite but it runs $180 not sure about Euro Envy or Dynamic Autotune.

I recently went to a cca club tech event at Lake Wylie Euro. Nick is a great guy and enthusiast. I have not had any work done there yet but intend to.
