STR 601 18"

I'm new here. So please welcome me with a polite but honest answer to this. LOL

http://static.wix.com/media/29ff02_9...6b2b3b.jpg_256

I'm driving a 09 328i xdrive sedan, now I got too excited and purchased this STR 601's 18"... the description said it has high offset. then the seller contacted me was trying to confirm if I really want it, he said high offset might not clear the calipers... he suggest the mid offset will fit and look better for my car. I'm a noob in this wheel things, I just want my car to look aggresive, not too much but mean.

Sorry for the dumb question.

Thanks you.

What you do know is ask the front and rear wheel width and exact offsets from the seller. Not this vague high, mid and low offsets. Never buy wheels if you don't know exact specs. At least if you want something aggressive.

Got it installed today 17mm offset. Good thing I got the look that I wanted. I still need to drop it but not my priority right now.

How wide those are? My guess is 18x8 or 18x9. Dropping should be your priority, it will make it look totally different..

18x8.5 I know it will look more aggressive if I drop it. But I am happy on how my car looks. It doesn't look goofy at all on even surface. It is our family car too. Baby seat on the back makes it bad ass. LOL

Here we can see the advantage of LCI E90 when wheels are square size. If this would be Pre-lci E90 it would mean spacers to rear.
