Traffic Conditions Stuck

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=97582

My traffic conditions appear to be stuck. Is there a reset on this? I just see yellow on the freeways near my house at all times of the day ( freeway is clearly free flowing ). Is there a reset for these? Or should I bring it to the dealer.

I'm having this exact issue and it started last Friday. I'm on Phoenix, I'm wondering if BMW or who ever provides the traffic info is having an issue with pushing data?

Where are you located?

I'm actually headed to the dealer today for an oil change, I'll ask and let ya'll know.

It's weird because my accidents and road construction stuff still updates, just the flow is stuck.

Tony.

So the dealer didnt have shit for advice, doesn't suprise me. They did think I needed $1.4k in thrust bearings though, haha.

I have a friend at a dealer in MA. He's saying that doing the hard reset might work but don't do it more than a couple times.

The next step is to update the BMW Assist in the Options Menu. I haven't had a chance to look but he's saying its a good shot. He thinks it sounds like something with an update from where assist comes from that didnt get completed or pushed to us (the users with the error) and doing a hard sync should work.
