Healthy: a wrap with hummus, raw red pepper slices, raw spinach, feta cheese and pine nuts. If you have time, grilled zucchini slices on it are awesome.

Not So Healthy: Paulaner Salvator Bier...about the same as eating a loaf of bread.

I'm a big fan of quality honey and even I put honey in my yogurt too - Greek style, but I haven't seen the reddish honey on the pic.
