Unhappy Radiator upper Hose Flange connected to Engine started leaking

Radiator upper Hose Flange connected to Engine started leaking. Garage guy told me to put k-seal expansion tank. Is not a Major leak but I lost 1 Lit coolent every month.

Its a 2007 e90 right hand drive car. Below is profile gasket which is leaking.

Can anyone help me out here? Does k-seal works on bmw cars if now then how to replace this o-ring gasket?
