Not all policies have accident forgiveness. Also, not all policies do some form of new car replacement. You really need to know your policy to see what options you have. Note that for some of these more "premium" services (i.e. accident forgiveness, new car replacements) you'll pay a higher premium.

At the end of the day, insurance is a business and all they really care about is money. And unfortunately we are required to have it.
