Smile BMW grüßt... (videos)...

Hi Gang,

I found these cute videos made my BMW AG on youtube the other day. I think they were produced to make people in München aware of their new Welt and Musuem grand opening(s) a few years back. Sorry IF you have seen these videos before.

This is one of the reasons why BMW sells these cute little isetta model toys in their gift shop! Gotta love these videos. Esp the last one!

Just watched a companion video and seems the Isetta saved bmw financially - jay Leno said the isetta door design/production was frm an Italian refrigerator.

Yep. I saw that video too. The Isetta's were built at a factory that formerly made refrigerators. The front door was not a fridge door.

I believe the Isetta's were built in Dingolfing(formerly the GoGo Mobile Werk, today its where BMW builds the 5er/6er/7er's at). They were also built in Italy under license there.

I found a cute film on the Isetta...
