It was in the fine print of the agreement that everybody has to sign that if things aren't followed your life is basically made a living hell until you get the hell out.

He had a 4 car garage and room for another 4 in his driveway without being too much in the way but his entire garage was basically used as a wood shop (also against the covenants of both the neighborhood and the village) and his 5 kids always had people over. He did nothing but basically made himself enemies from the day he moved in to the neighborhood.

Glad he's gone.
I wish more HOAs would fine people for that.

My inlaws live in a neighborhood without an HOA. They live on a street with a fairly sharp blind turn. Some guy kept parking his huge 70s era sedan right on the sidewalk where the curve apexes, and people were constantly getting into close call collisions because his dumb car kept blocking everyone from seeing around the corner unless they were going 5 mph.

One night, someone just took a huge cinder block and chucked it through his back window. He got the message pretty quickly.

I'm not a neet freak by any stretch, but that shit would drive me insane. Even as a guest i would be drawn to grabbing a trash bag and filling it up. People that can live in that filth disgust me.

According to property appraiser website for Bucks County it's $28XX
Maybe because they bought in 92. My first house's (now a rental) property tax only cost me 1/4 of the next door neighbor and they only moved in 5 years after me.

yeah and my house price is appraised lower than is should be, but they have no problem increasing my taxes. 75% of our taxes are school taxes so all they do to collect more from you is increase the tax rate on the asset value. Buck County have not re-asset home values in over 30 yrs. It does not surprise them they paying 14K in taxes, most of that goes to the school.

I get that, but their assessed value is only $72k. Again accruing to Bucks county prop appraiser.

I suggest you stop trying to defraud this guy since they have all of your personal info.
This is actually quite hilarious.

First off, I HIGHLY suggest you get your facts straight before you try coming at my neck.

Second off, I received all 6 boxes. However, they arrived on different days.

Third, I was expecting a COMPLETE set of 4 rotors, 4 calipers with carriers, 8 brake pads, and misc. hoses as that was what was advertised. What I RECEIVED was 4 rotors, 3 calipers, 5 brake pads, and misc. hoses.

Here's a rundown of what was missing. 1 (ONE) rear caliper (value approx. $150 for CENTRIC replacement), 1 (ONE) front brake pad (requires new set of 4 (FOUR) front brake pads to rectify. value approx. $70-100 for set of 4 CENTRIC front brake pads), 2 (TWO) rear brake pad (requires new set of 4 (FOUR) rear brake pads to rectify. value approx. $70-100 for set of 4 CENTRIC rear brake pads). In total, about $350 to get CENTRIC replacements for what was MISSING. To replace with OEM parts would be $500+.

I did not try to "scam" the guy selling the M3 brakes. For all I know he is trying to SCAM me!!

And for the record, my "slow-as-hell" 328xi hasn't met an M3 that could keep up with it in the corners. So keep trying punkin

Yes, we know you have never raced a M3.

No, I was concerned about you. Some members here are suggesting to post it in reddit and anonymous. That would pretty much make your life a nightmare, and I was trying to warn you.

I'd rather not read through all this BS as it's a lot of effort on my part, but here's a few things that caught my attention.

Trespassing on our property will be reported to the police. Any damage to either the cars or the house will be reported to the police and posted about here and on Cherokee Forum.

Meticulously...... There was a LOUSY effort of taping the boxes shut. Every box arrived with some form of damage (rips, tears, etc.).

Now that I read some of his post, I am thinking you're dealing with the kid not the dad.

Your brakes are on this car (put the @ before the 40.24833 so the link works)

https://www.google.com/maps/40.24833...aPhOTO2BEQ!2e0

And from the looks of it they are a car family, I personally never seen so many cars parked near a home around this area, I bet his neighbors hate them.
Neighbors do probably hate us. Oh well.

Never had an issue with purchasing things and paying for them through paypal. The supercharger system on the F150 was bought off of a forum and paid for with paypal. There were no issues with that transaction.

My dad uses paypal for almost every purchase he makes. Never had an issue before buying these brakes.

Yes. My name is Benjamin. Hence my username bpas328xi.

I raced my BMW at an autocross event once and almost ripped off my practically brand new M3 rep side skirt with a cone. That was my BMW's first and last autocross and why I built racejeep as an autocross beater.

My dad does own a Cobra catamaran powerboat. But that is irrelevant.

Not my (or my dad's) issue or problem. If parts were missing because of USPS, then it is not the OP's fault. However, that is still a reason to involve paypal as all of the items were not delivered either due to shoddy packing or USPS losing the parts.

My dad should not have to eat that loss of approx. $350-500.
