Looks like a nice neighborhood when driving through it with Google Maps. Until you come up to that house and it's one of those houses with 35 old cars parked outside.

Sorry that happened OP. Seems like a pretty clear scamming case. I'll be sticking around for a response from the buyer.

Sucks man!!! Paypal is a bitch and always favors the buyer!! I lost $8k in a cell phone business thanks to Paypal. Took me a year to get over that shock. Good luck is all I can say and hopefully that douche is banned from all forums.

It looks like them since the truck in the pictures is in the driveway on the streetview.

I guess I messed up his privacy concerns

I think they are the same person, if you look at the how cobramarty talks it sounds like a kid, I bet he created that account so to get some respect. Also they both are in the same thread talking about the truck and cobramarty ack like he does not know bpas328xi.

There are also other thread they are both in and you can see that the kid did not realize which account he was in when he posted so he picked up where the other one left off.

I am wondering if he ripped others off doing similar things, he moded that jeep of his, and put a supper charger on the 6 cylinder, he want to put turbo on his 328I and people are tell him the engine may not support it.

Looks like he on the jeep forums as well

I really appreciate the help guys. I know 100% what I sold. I'm an honest guy and had a witness help me pack the brakes. I HAD to put 1 front caliper and 1 rear caliper in 1 box, and the same for the other box, along with 4 other boxes with 1 rotor in each. The pads were in the boxes with calipers. I'm very frustrated and upset someone would hurt me like this. I will keep you all in the loop with what happens with paypal and will let god take over from here.

So who's going to PM penisbreath and let him know that several people who are still anonymous have his home address?

There is ALOT one could do to really antagonize the people at that residence. Not that i would do any of these, but....

There is the old, 14 pizza delivery trick. You could have a load of mulch delivered to their front yard. Order a 40yd dumpster for their house and have it delivered at the front of the driveway. Have a porto-potty delivered to their front yard. Contact TRU-Green yard services and have them spray they yard to kill the grass because you intend to cover the whole yard with the rubber mulch. You could mail them envelopes with a mysterious white powder in them.... flour, laced with ammonia for effect. Contact a mobile detail company and have them come by to detail all the cars in front of the house and in the driveway. You could call about 20 local contractors and have them all come by their house to give renovation estimates. Schedule them all 1 hour apart from each other for 3 days straight. haha.

Just thought of another good one. Send a letter explaining the whole ordeal to all of his neighbors. haha

Like i said, i'd never do any of these things, but they are fun to think about.

BTW... pretty sure it's 1375 Brentwood Rd. - One of the google images didn't fuzz out the last 2 digits of the mailbox address. People forget just how accessible they can be depending on how much of their personal information they put out there. And who they piss off. I'm sure both the Doc and the Kid have Facebook pages.....

Makes you wonder with the number of cars and all those mods he has on all those cars how often he's pulled this scam... Paypal needs to seriously check up on his account and see how many times things have been disputed.

I thought of that one, but concluded the neighbors probably already hate them. Trust me I know this area and its fill with a lot of uptight people. My Son and I get grief from the neighbors if we working and making noise after dinner time.

But here is a good one and this was done to me as joke, put an ad in the paper and craigslist to sell his cars and provide the address and tell people to come by and have a look, say they all must go, desperate for money, no reasonable offer will be refused.

it appears that daddy's name here does not imply a mustang but in fact to the boat he owns (COBRA SPORTFISHING BOATS)

Man the houses in that area are cheap for what you get. You can buy a 4,000+ sqft home in that guys neighborhood for $600,000.

We actually had somebody basically forced to move out of my neighborhood because of things like this. We had a neighborhood covenant that basically stated that you couldn't park more than X number of vehicles on the road for more than X days before you were fined. If it wasn't fixed, you were fined again, the third time things started getting towed and I think after 5 there was some kind of authority to impound cars until a solution was met. It was in the fine print of the agreement that everybody has to sign that if things aren't followed your life is basically made a living hell until you get the hell out.

He had a 4 car garage and room for another 4 in his driveway without being too much in the way but his entire garage was basically used as a wood shop (also against the covenants of both the neighborhood and the village) and his 5 kids always had people over. He did nothing but basically made himself enemies from the day he moved in to the neighborhood.

Glad he's gone.
