Yess!! We did it! It got pretty tense there in the third and OT...I have a feeling this will be the first of many stanley cups.. like ducase said, its a young team. I vote for a repeat next year!!

I'm pissed though! I work at Northwestern Memorial Hospital which is like a block away from Michigan ave, where the parade is, but I live in the suburbs, and I took the day off tomorrow

I was completely OK with it (lifelong Detroit fan transplanted to Chicago) until the fucker Hossa lifted the Cup. Can't stand that guy. I hate the Flyers WAY more than the Hawks; I just wish I didn't have to see Hossa lift the Cup.
