If you enact the ignore feature for whomever you hate, you won't have to read any of their posts. You should experience an immediate drop in blood pressure.

Granted, you will have to find some other activity to fill up your time and you might experience withdrawal type symptoms. But if you find something productive to do instead, the air will smell cleaner, food will taste better, your health will improve, and you might even rediscover sex with someone other than yourself.

Collaterally, the world will be a better place, and legitimate technical discussions free from vitriol will break out all over e90post.

The ignore list is great, but since everyone loves to quote an asshole, it fails 90% of the time. THey should enable an ignore list that also ignores post quoting posts from those ignored. If you find an (unfortunate) friend that will email you everytime something "significant" comes up on the forum related to your mod of choice, it will spare you from reading the post all but weekly, and you will definitely experience sensations such as "air will smell cleaner, food will taste better, your health will improve, and you might even rediscover sex with someone other than yourself." You'll also enjoy your 335i more, as the experience wont be tainted by the banal keyboard catfight of so many Terry-taints and Shiv-strokers. If I were to read this forum at this late stage while car shopping, I would probably buy a used Z06 or e92 M3 (stigma be damned for the vette) and never look at a car-specific internet forum again. The 335 is great, but buying a car, stock, that really needs no modification to be a total thrill-ride has much more appeal after the dramafest, fact obfuscation, troll party that we know as Terry/e90post c.2007.
