But someone spouting off all kinds of stupid ignorant crap like he did is 99.8% of the time all talk.

You don't have anything to worry about with regards to the money. Let paypal work it out and if he's persists call the local PD and ask what you should / can do if anything.

But don't let his bitch ass get under your skin.

I pretty much just told him to clarify wtf it was he was saying. Cause when he first sent them, I didn't take the time to slowly read wtf it was he was actually saying.
but he didn't want to clarify anything.....

Even at the beginning, when i asked him for pics/proof etc, he just kept saying "i know where you live" "you're a class A thief" "you don't know who you are fking with" etc
and all I freaking did was ask for photos... (which he eventually did send, which to me don't seem to have an issue..but wtf why all the threats/harassment when all I did was ask for pics? I never said he was 100% wrong, I just fking wanted proof)

Question: if he actually showed up at my house, on my property, without permission.... is it illegal to pull a gun on him? I don't mean actually shoot or cause him any harm, simply tell him to not move etc until the cops arrived.
