Anyone know where I can buy this besides from BMW?

I recently traded in my e90 for the 135. I wear a suit to work and need to hang my coat after work everyday. The hanger in the 135 is probably the worst and pretty much useless. no matter what coat hanger i use on it they just keep falling off. so i saw that BMW has this for sale but its a bit much for a damn coat hanger lol. if anyone knows where i can get one for less or has one for sale please let me know. eBay is filled with auto hangers, just search there. All cheap too.

I tried the other ones you find on eBay and they fall apart and don't last. The BMW one at $25 price tag, is a bargain. I have one in my car and it's the best $25 mod I have ever spent money

you can find basically any OEM part there a little cheaper than anywhere else just type in the part # in search...

I stand corrected. This exchange made me go and dig up through my file cabinet. I found a copy of 2008 OEM BMW accessories for 2008 3 Series and it is listed for $29.95 (Part no. 51 16 0 009 546).

But I swear somewhere in back of mind, there is a $25 price tag for what I think I paid for it. May be I am mistaken it with one of the two non-OEM ones that fell apart within a week before I purchased the real deal finally.

According to a very good source, BMW will be offering a new version that holds the iPad, the coat hanger and garbage hooks, depending on your preference. Here is the link...

Wow that is pricey for a coat hanger...Can't you just use the coat hanger that they use at Men's Wearhouse? I did that before (with that bag over it) and just hung it on the handle inside.

What he said. I just hang it on there with the jacket/coat on the hanger. When I get out of the car I put the coat on and just put the hanger on the seat (or just leave it on the handle). No rattling noise whatsoever.

haha yes sir. I think most people do that when they don't have a coat hanger specifically made for their vehicle.
