I was going to mention this. If I understand the DTM rules correctly, it's in many ways the German version of NASCAR. The road going M3 has nearly nothing in common with the DTM version, which completely sucks IMO. The DTM rules should be written how they were back in the glory days of DTM. Maybe then the M3 could get back to what it originally was; a detuned, street legal race car sold for homologation purposes.
