Mercedes S500 debadged yae or nay?

Saw this S series yesturday and didn't really know what it was but it had quad exhaust on it so maybe it was an AMG? Anyways it was debadged and it didnt really look that nice to me. Maybe because I dont see that many Mercedes without its badges but just thought I throw this one out there.
