Anybody ever use rosetta stone?

I just picked up rosetta stone to try and brush up my Spanish skills, has anybody eve used this program, how were your results. I have used it for about an hour now and it seems to actually be working really good. I guess i will see tomorrow if i still remember what i learned when i wake up.

LOL thats exactly why im doing it, I took it in HS and know some but i would love to be able to speak it really well. It will look damn good on a job resume also i figured. So i thought what the hell, they guarentee you to be able to learn it or you get your money back. I actually like it a whole lot so far.

I've taken spanish for 4 years now, through high school and first year of college and hated it. I've quit now since it's been 4 years and I still can't have a conversation with somebody. There is a problem with that.

If I ever want to learn it again, I'll be trying one of these rosetta stone things.

its good, and actually works. except its REALLY painstakingly long. and gets extremely annoying after 40 mins (on the third time). good luck, i couldnt stand the damn thing. it was just annoying. but most effective when it comes to learning another language!

Sounds like the next best thing to learning a language other than experiencing the country/culture firsthand sounds like
