I don't think President Obama would introduce the Russian President to Russian politicians? None the less I hope you're right cause that was embarrasing if he's getting punked.

I think the Russians were introduced first, so Obama stuck out his hand at the beginning of the video. Then the video cut to Obama introducing the Americans.
