That's funny. Kuni seems to be a large dealer nextwork - they have two Lexus dealers in Denver.

HAHA yeah or any Dealer in California lol. No one wants to buy a car where the plate frame and plate cover when new basically means "GAY(Kuni) BMW" lol.

Hope they're aware of it, and don't care. It'd be funny if middle school boys ruled the world. And I mean funny as in completely worth blowing up the planet.

Depends I believe. I had the worst experience there. Bought my x5 there(sales was excellent) Car regularly serviced there. I called them for flat tire and the next available appointment was a week later. Even I left a message for Dave. No return call. They need to get better front desk people to handle calls.

Pressed SOS. Bmw wanted to tow it to park ave; told them anything but them. Wide world set me up with loaner on the same day. Just got another 335 from wwb.

Is it out of state/region that hurts your standing or merely selling in another dealer's "territory"?

If you live in a 1 dealer town and have to go 100 miles away for the level of service and satisfaction that you require then I think that should take away from the local dealer and not the one that is taking care of their customers properly even though they are in someone else's territory.

New Country BMW, Hartford CT? I can't take this list seriously with them on it. Between my family and I, we have four BMWs, two bought from New Country. They were by far the worst to deal with in terms of sales, and we avoid them like the plague for service. I drive over an hour away to BMW of North Haven for any warranty work, even though New Country is <15mins.

It hurts us in the standings if we sell out of market. I do not believe that they do that with service though.

What determines whether the transaction is out-of-market for you? Is it the point of delivery or the home address of the customer?

I'd be more than happy to answer any questions. I may be a client advisor, but I was always an enthusiast 1st!

Don't think anyone gives 2 s**ts what in means in persian slang considering it's the founders last name. Especially considering the charitable work the family has done through its foundation. They own 15 dealers, 5 of which are in California (Porsche San Diego, Land Rover San Diego, Audi San Diego, Chevy/Cadillac in Sacramento, Roseville VW)

Westchester BMW is the main dealer i use. Honestly have nothing bad to say about them. I've been using the same CA for about 6 years now and bought both an M3 and X5 from him. On the service side, I guess when you're a repeat customer they tend to be a bit more forgiving about things. And the fact that Ray Catena auto group now owns the dealership also makes a bit of a difference. Their new building and showroom is huge.

I've dealt with Greenwich BMW as well but they were just horrible. CA had told me my M3 was ordered back in 2008 and 2 weeks go by and the car was never even ordered. Maybe it was because of my age and dressing like a normal 20 something year old and he didn't take me seriously. The guy was fired or quit shortly after.

Really? Even if the customer is a long time customer? I would never buy a car from the dealers here. Would rather get a Mercedes than buy a car here!

BMW Stevens Creek Cupertino, CA

Hi members,

Just visited the dealership at Stevens Creek and am very disappointed with the whole experience.
Came in with a SQ5 Audi and asked to test drive a 328d, the guy was trying to sell me the car on the spot, although I told him many times that I didn't like the color and the options. He was very ignorant on the car and once we went for the test drive he kept switching mode to sport to show that the car was faster and responsive...without even telling me that he was doing this.
He also said that that version cannot be obtained in blue estoril, which is of course wrong..will not recommend anyone to buy there, although they do have some discounts on the vehicles in the lot.
Overall bad experience, please be advised if you go there.
