If it takes you more than 10 minutes to shit, you've got something wrong.

I'd say it's improper eating habits that are backing up your digestive system.

Working out more also helps promote healthy digestion.

You might wanna look into these kinds of things.

Severe indigestion can lead to hemorrhoids or colon cancer.
