At 20-30% ethanol content, I wouldn't see a real impact on fuel system long-term reliability, ASSUMING that fuel system can deal with E10 fuel that we have in the States.

However, we have to factor in the following factors.

- Hygroscopic nature of ethanol: No real worry if you drive your cary on a daily basis or at least empty out your fuel tank month.

- Corrosiveness of ethanol on certain rubber/plastic parts: Ethanol can react and breakdown some of the plastics and rubber seals (such the plastic fuel line and hardware in fuel tank, rubber seal in lpfp and hpfp, etc.) Need accelerated testing on those parts (such as submerging them in pure ethanol and leave at elevated temp to simulated operation temperature).

There is quite a bit of information on the lpfp located in the main fuel tank from all the Walbro pump upgrade, so that end of the fuel system should be ok.

Is there any information on an torn down HPFP and injector? It would be interesting to test out the seals used in those parts.

You don't list your mods. 50/50 is a pretty strong mix and definitely requires that you tune/plan appropriately.

At this point without knowing what you're running, your mods, and seeing a log there is no way to tell what's really going on.
