THe defence allowed that, not (only) the goalie...better (but not accurate) statistics would be shots saved vs. goals allowed.
Lehmann is a great goalie, so is Casillas, I don't see one better than the other...

For example, Bufon has allowed many more goals than Casillas, but I still consider Bufon a better goalie...

what a bad performance of the german team.. the first 10 minutes were really good and also some minutes in the second half. But most of the time, spain was dominating the game and the victory was more than deserved...

casillas vs. lehman?....rofl...casillas is often considered to be the best goalie in the world...lehmann, on the other hand, lost his starting job to almunia....not even a question....only aspect i saw the germans as being clearly stronger was free kicks

i think so. he had didnt give up any goals in elimination, 3 straight shutouts, and blocked 2 penalty kicks vs Italy. He got my vote for player of the tournament.

Lehmann allows another softy.
