what does the standard one do 0-60 and 0-100?

what does the fq300 do 0-60 and 0-100?

just interested because i had a run in with one last night

Standard US Evo IX 0-60 is around 5.0s

The UK FQ-300's 0-60 is around 4.5s

Varies though, depends on driver...

That's too high. I usually see mid-high 4's for stock Evos. Dunno about the FQ-300. Doesn't really matter though since stock and Evo generally can't be used in the same sentence.

Car and Driver says 4.6.
I don't know myself just what I hear.

The FQ-360 @366bhp pulls high 3's low 4's...I just don't see Standard US spec Evo IX's pulling 4.4s @ 286bhp...

The 4.6s that Car and Driver came up with involves the 6-spd MR model...The Standard model is only a 5-spd...

The 6-spd MR is acctualy slower than the 5-spd. 4.6s seems about right. They got the time by removing the 5000rpm rev limiter so they had a much better launch than stock. I used to launch my car at 6000rpm and that shit would bone outtt.

That's what I was implying...

Since the Std. and RS models are 5-spd's(tighter gear ratios), they'd have much better acceleration as opposed to the top speed of the MR...

Edit: I just don't see how a model like the FQ-360 can be slightly better in the range of .4 to .6 seconds
