I have yet to see a PROcede 335 run below 13 (I think the lowest is 13.2 or 3). And all of those 335i's have DRs or at least wider than stock tires. If you get wider tires to make you faster the MB does too and you lose by an even wider margin.
You know the lack of information in this thread is making me Sick.haha. Ok first off buddies the 335i did 12.56 at a 1/4 mile dragstrip, thats the fastest one to date. That time of 12.8 on the SLK is from a magazine and thats not real, take your SLK to the track and you will see whats up. Also last thing, my 13.37 @ 102mph was my fastest 1/4 mile time of the day but my best trap of the day was 106 pulling a 13.4 cause i could not get traction at the end of the day. My car is a 6MT by the way.

I dont think my car is the fastest in the world, i dont even think my car is that fast. If i can get it to do high 11's at LACR after all the mods are done (FMIC, turbo upgrade, C16 map) then its fast, other than that its just a nice quick car thats keeping up with cars twice to three times its price.

LACR is not for setting records if you are N/A or S/c. i've seen cars run between 1/2 second to a full second slower at LACR because of elevation, etc.

no, turbo cars will have a major advantage because they will still make all their boost. the wastegate doesn't know that you are at higher elevation and will just stay closed longer to compensate for the lower density air...unlike an N/A or S/C car which doesn't have that luxury.

I'd stil be more impressed if y'all raced on a road track instead of dragging...lap times are more impressive than trap times.

WMS hosted German Invasion at LACR and i think Mike said that they will also be hosting a road race event at Willow Springs some time this fall. I would be down for that. By then i will have my LSD and sway bars, Already have PSS9's so i think it should do pretty good.

Nice...

the only thing I want to take away from this thread is that $/performance wise 355 is not a bad choice at all looking at all the AMGsss on the list.

Fair enough, I missed the post, but that was on 265 DR's. Give the MB DR's and let's see what happens. (It has 245's stock)

Also, MT had a 109.2 trap speed on the stock SLK, which is still higher than the speed of the 335 with DR's and PROcede.
